Ok, well first of all thank you for joining the forum.
Your character seems like he has potential, but I feel that there aren't enough details. So I would add on to the physical appearance as well as the personality.
The Hideout hasn't been around for two years so that should change to a few months...and in order to have a child of a planet you have to be accepted into the Spheres group.
