Wait, didn't in the story you say that Jane Morgan died? So then how can her 'step-siblings' be willing to kill their mother if she is already dead?

And she can't have the money until she is 18. It's like in the Series of Unfortunate Events. Violet can't inherit the money until she is 18, and so Count Olaf is after her right? Jane can't have the money for real, until she is of age to get it, so therefore her siblings could kill her, and get the money. Is that what you mean when you say that they would be willing to kill to get the money?

I didn't consider that, actually. But you're right, she wouldn't get the money until she was eighteen. But right now she is getting payments, because she is an orphan now and needs money.

And you don't get the part about Jane Morgan. Jane Morgan died suddenly, without warning. It is a mystery why. What I was implying at the end was that perhaps her children were so greedy they poisoned her. Then they expected to get all the money, but no, J.M. had left it to her step daughter, Jane Perpetuity. Now they are suing her for the money, even though she doesn't get all of it until she is eighteen.
