The Time Has Come
Fallen, the time is now for the March 2011 Migration. Here's the deal. On March 1st, 2011, the forum will be altered. Not completely. The City, Rules and Out Of Topic, and Other will stay as they are. However, the Hideout and its location will change.
and now you are thinking...WHAT?
The Jailhouse is getting too dangerous, at any time They might break down the flimsy doors and kill everyone. This is why there has been a decision made that the Hideout must move to a new location in the City. (See the poll to decide what this location should be.)
Some Other Changes Will Be Made
Yes, we have neglected the Council. But at the new Hideout there will be a formal election and the Fallen will soon have diplomatic leaders.
There will be a new forum where old topics will be sent. The topics from the Jailhouse will be sent to the "recycle bin", where you can view them as you like.

As I said above, on March 1st the forum will be altered. In the weeks leading up to the migration, prepare you characters. Have them pack their suitcases, etc. Characters will begin to be sent to the new Hideout in small groups, so until the new Hideout is created, your character(s) that has migrated become inactive.
Children of Them are allowed to make the migration harder for the Fallen.
A new, temporary forum will be created called "The City Streets," post here during your characters' migration.
